Use these official routes for the records most often requested in Monroe County:
- Court case files: see criminal court case records, or contact the clerk of the court that heard the case
- Criminal history and self-review: use Arkansas Crime Information Center guidance and Arkansas State Police channels
- Arrest, booking, and jail records: contact the Monroe County Sheriff's Office
- State public name search: use Arkansas Criminal History, known as ARCH
- Police reports and incident records: contact the agency that wrote the report
- Record sealing: use ACIC forms, then file with the court that handled the case
